Terms and Conditions for Clarinet and Saxophone Lessons

Payment arrangements

You will be sent an invoice at the beginning of each month for that month’s lessons. The payment will be requested with a payment due date. If payment is not received by the due date, lessons will cease. They will be resumed only on receipt of the full amount originally requested on the invoice. Payments can be made directly either by cheque, cash or bank transfer.

Missed Lessons

If the teacher is absent, alternative lesson dates will be offered during the same month as the absence occurs. If this is not possible, then a refund will be offered.

In the case of student absence, refunds are not available. However, if at least 24 hours notice is given then the lesson will be re-arranged.

For planned extended absences, for example holidays, please give a week’s notice and fees already paid for lessons, which would have taken place during this time, will be taken off the next month’s invoice.

Additional lessons

Extra lessons may be arranged by mutual agreement.

Ending Tuition

One month’s notice of cancellation will be required in writing.

Fees

For a 30 minutes individual lesson - £20.00

For a 60 minutes individual lesson - £40.00

Lesson Times and Days

Lessons will be arranged by mutual agreement.

Instrument hire

An instrument is not included as part of this agreement. If you require an instrument please enquire for advice on how to hire or buy a suitable clarinet or saxophone.
